Tool Suggestions

Have an idea for a tool you'd like to see on SudoTool? We're always looking for useful additions to our collection. Tell us what problem you're trying to solve and we'll consider building it. The best tool ideas come from real-world tasks that people do every day — things like converting text formats, checking data, or making sense of encoded strings.

When you write to us with a suggestion, it helps to include: what task you're trying to accomplish, whether you need it for work or personal use, and any similar tools you've used before. The more context you give us, the better we can prioritize and design something that actually fits your needs.

Bug Reports

Found something that isn't working as expected? Please let us know. Include as much detail as possible — what tool you were using, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. This helps us fix issues quickly.

Useful information to include in a bug report:

• The name of the tool where you encountered the issue
• What browser and version you are using (e.g., Chrome 120, Safari 17)
• Whether you're on a desktop, tablet, or mobile device
• A brief description of the steps that led to the problem
• What you expected to happen versus what actually happened

We take bug reports seriously and work to address them promptly. If something is broken, it affects every visitor who uses that tool — so your report genuinely helps.

What We Don't Offer

SudoTool is a small, focused project. We're not a software agency, and we're not currently available for freelance or consulting work. We also can't provide technical support for tools or systems outside of SudoTool itself. If your question is about a third-party service or software, we may not be the right contact — but feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.

We do our best to respond to every message as quickly as possible. Because SudoTool is a small team, response times can vary — but we do read everything we receive. If your message is time-sensitive, please mention that in your subject line and we'll prioritize accordingly.
